Earnhardt has a tremendous selection of vehicles. On line I thought they had 3 jeeps of the model I was looking for, but they actually had about 10. We were able to find what we wanted on their lot even though our model was not the most popular one. The sales staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, giving us complete and thorough breakdowns of each model and the differences between them. Also, they were very mask conscious and made sure everyone, including customers wore their masks inside which we really appreciated. They also had very good aftermarket suggestions for where to go. We are going to be towing ours and they told us the best place to get the hitch and related equipment. If you are looking for a Jeep, go see Earnhardt.

After shopping via the web between 3 dealerships they had the right truck for the right price. Being out of state I put a deposit down, next morning hopped a flight, they picked me up from the airport, Test drove the truck signed the papers, I was out within 3 hours of landing At the airport. They even Suggested deducting 699 for an add on option that could only be done at their dealership. No pressure, NO BULL, an Honest dealership..Thank you to Rami who helped with a smooth and pleasant transaction.....

We are very happy with the purchase of our Dodge Journey at Earnhardt's Gilbert location last week. Our Sales Consultant is Justin Muhrenberg. Justin is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He took the extra time to answer any and all of our questions for us. There was no pressure on us to buy right then at all. Justin was willing to take my offer to the Finance Manager, Ken, without hesitation. Our purchase was probably the fastest purchase we have ever made for a vehicle. The last purchase we made, at a different dealership, literally took hours. This was quick and painless. My family has been buying vehicles at Earnhardt's for over 30 years. Having been in sales for over 40 years, I'm always ready for the typical pressure and BS of salespeople. I have to say, Chris Vega is one of the best salespeople I have ever dealt with. My wife and I researched Ford, GMC, and Ram. Chris was the only person that took the time to follow up. It took us about 3 months to make a final decision but Chris continued to stay in touch the entire time. I would highly recommend Chris Vega at Earnhardt Dodge. Just tell him I sent you! And that ain't no bull!

Prompt service for my oil change & fluid/air check. One vehicle in line ahead of me, but I was still in & out in under 45 mins. They did initially post the incorrect \Next Change\ mileage on the sticker, but promptly corrected it when I immediately returned. Good job!
