Like a previous commentor, I would Dr. Fields a million stars if I could for knowledge, personality and desire to help. Dr. Fields was one of the attending physicians when my partner Lynn Nestaval was admitted for her recurring COPD episodes. These have been recurring for around 4 years and we have been trying to determine why. Dr. Fields took a real interest in helping us to discover the reasons. As a result of her prescribed treatments, Lynn is feeling better that she has for years and we now have a path forward to hopefully help identify and stabilize her condition.

She was too cavalier in her attitude, sorta was joking around. I don't want that in my doctor. Ended up seeing a guy in Austin and worked out better. I am sure she is a good Doc but not for me.

Dr. Fields is one of the best doctor's I've been to. She is caring, compassionate and has been my doctor for many years. Dr. Fields takes time to listen to your questions and will answer honestly. I'm so glad she is in Georgetown! Her staff is friendly and helpful.

If I could give Dr. Fields a million stars, I would. My wife has been to doctor to doctor to doctor for complex health issues of which almost all doctors have blown her off as \anxious\ when she is seriously unable to breathe. By chance, we were referred to Dr. Fields at a time when we both wanted to give up and were thinking that an ER visit might be the only chance (when it became critical) for someone to take the issue seriously and diagnose her. Dr. Fields listened, personally checked radiological scans when no other doctor did, and thought outside the box. She ran tests that showed what her breathing issues were (not lung related) and worked to ensure that she be seen by the right specialists. Unfortunately, we will not have to see her any more (unless a pulmonology issue presents itself), but Thank God for her in helping us going in the right direction. You will not find a more intelligent, compassionate doctor willing to find answers. Highly recommend.
