Always feels like an enormous market stall rather than a quality shop. However, a good range of stock for sports clothing and leisure ware for slobbing around in. Prices are generally OK, usually plenty of reductions to tempt.

Wow... Good store and good prices, but the customer service! It gave an extra star for the friendly male member of staff when we walked in who approached us and gave us directions of where we needed to be. On the top floor , the female member of staff was rude and unhelpful. We eventually got the items we were after and stood at checkout, where we waited and waited, while being looked at by the same member of staff. I gave up and went downstairs, where I got served quite quickly. I was going to mention my experience to her but she had as much enthusiasm and personality as the girl upstairs, so I didnt bother. Awful customer experience.

Bought a Gelert jacket which claimed to be waterproof. After only 20 minutes walking in rain the pockets had little puddles of water in them. After taking jacket off parts of my upper clothing was soaked. No wonder things are cheap because they're NOT what they claim to be.
