The Lorry Life. Tiny house with massive wheels

I ordered some Plywood from them I selected 1p delivery which was going to arrive anytime with in the next 2 weeks. I was happy with this. I called them 3 weeks after my order and they said they had been very busy and it would come in the next week. after 6 weeks with no contact from them I call them up and asked for my money back. They didn't apologise and I am never going to order wood from them again.
