Took a Jaguar in for service, after paying 189 diag fee, they tell me I need to pay another 1000 in diagnostic fees just to find the problem with my stuck seat. I took it to an independent mechanic and he fixed it in less than an hour for 275. That includes the price of a new seat switch. These people just want to take advantage of you. I even contacted Jaguar corporate about this, even the General Manager of this dealership couldn’t be compassionate enough to address the issue. They are rotten to the core.

I received great customer service at this dealership. Mike Pike was my service advisor and kept in constant contact with me about my F-Pace. Ross stepped in for Mike when he was with another customer to save me time, and was much appreciated. Thanks guys!
I am very disappointed with my 1st, and last, trip to their service department. The morning started poorly with no record of the annual service appointment I made months ago. After 20 minutes of various maskless employees (including many wearing masks over mouths, but not noses) ignoring me, I was finally able to check in for a service that included an oil change and a tire patch - Expected to take o more than an hour and a half\. 5 hours later, I received a text advising that my service is complete. I made my 30 minute journey back to the dealership. I grabbed the paperwork from the cashier and they pulled my car up. As I reviewed the paperwork, I noted a comment that the customer (me) declined service on the tire patch - Which I did not. I expected that this was completed as a function of the text. When I inquired why this was not performed, I was told that the tech measured the remaining treadwear as 4/32 which they deemed as too low for a patch (despite a state inspection that was completed 50 miles prior measured the tread at 8/32). When asked about options, I was told that I can buy 4 new tires which I declined. I am absolutely convinced that this is a money-making scam. One last note. While it took an extra 2.5 hours on the way home, Discount tire patched the tire for free and confirmed the 8/32 tread wear remaining. I highly recommend that others avoid this dealership...
They charged me toll for the timeframe when,I already returned my vehicle. Really poor service also did not update their system with proper information. I would definitely expect more in service considering the brand and money spent in purchasing the Jaguar vehicle.
Ask for Luis he always takes care of us and our F-Type. I’m so impressed with the new facility it’s breath taking plus all the delicious goodies. Drop dead cards drop dead prices. Lots of love for this British powerhouse.
