I will truly miss pier 1 and am very sorry they are closing all their stores. The clearance sale is not great for dinnerware and linens, but other merchandise is priced well. They as of my visit had a good selections of merchandise

The store had always a nice selection of home goods: decorations. Unfortunately the store is going out of business. Most likely due to its overpriced items and competitive online business
Gotta love Pier 1. Super helpful staff and amazing selections from which to choose for decorating. I love the pillows and outdoor furniture options and cushions. Also enjoy the wide variety of glassware and dishware and the candles! I can spend hours in this store.

Our experience at Pier One in North fort Myers started as just trying to get some outside furniture to a heated argument to the calm after the store. We went in with a 180 reward coupon we got because we shop there so much planning on getting some outside fortunate for my patio. We picked out the furniture and went to check out. The lady told us that we were not able to use the rewards because it was on a phone. Knowing we were able too because I have family that works at a different pier one, I politely asked to speak to a manager. The manager got involved and refused to work with us until I asked to call corporate. She said she would call and went into the back for 15 minutes. Came back with a lot of other paperwork and stuff she looked like she did while back there and said fine and let us use it. It was such a hassle just to use money that they gave us. That is the reason for the one star less but while checking out the manager was extremely nice and calmed down. It was a good ending to a bad storm.
