The customer service lady was extremely friendly and always had a smile. Looked like she really enjoyed taking care of customers. They repaired a hinge on my truck bed cap that I actually purchases from them about 20 years ago.. Did an excellent job and was finished quickly.

Nice showroom, lots of interesting things to see. Unfortunately the guy who I believe is the owner did not seem interested in selling anything. Would only give ballpark pricing, and couldn't care less in making me a customer. Shopping around I learned his prices are on the high side. With some customer service skills he would have made a 1500 sale. Always happy to spend my money with his competition... You will do better elsewhere!

Tint Warranty: Gary, Gino, and the gang stood behind their tint warranty, after 7 years! Had some bubbles pop up on the passenger window of my truck, Gino looked at it and decided it needed replacing...no hassle. Good people at Cap City...check them out!

I had a rough time at the start of my purchase of a Leer Topper with Cap City. But Gino responded to my letter and lined the topper, which was very much needed. The topper was leaking, so hopefully he fixed that. We will know once the rains come this way again. I revised my review and once I know the leak is fixed and my truck bed is dry, I'll revise again. There is customer service and craftsmanship in this business. It's very nice to know a company is willing to back their product as well as knowing their craftsmanship will go the distance with repairwork. His interior work was great. The picture shows the nice lining on the topper interior Gino did. The truck boot wasn't installed well by his man in the back, so he had to try a post-install which proved a bit of a challenge. A for effort, though. Update on the leak: Cap City's attempt did not fix the leak on the topper, so I took it to my original Leer distributor 2 hours away, and they fixed the leak in under an hour once and for all.
