Joe Pro was the BEST guide! So professional and knowledgeable. I felt safe and well cared for at all times. He knew the best spots for dolphin sighting and was well versed. The equipment was very well maintained and easy to operate. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Holiday Water Sports Diamond Head as the best choice for Dolphin tours!

Amazing experience for my wife birthday weekend. We did jet ski for an hour. Staff is amazing and friendly. We parked crossing the street, so parking won't be an issue with them compared to others.

Extremely poor customer service and a horrible experience. I asked for instructions on what was the bonderies and the guy with a very agresive attitude said where you paying attention? I'm not going to go through the same thing, he ripped out of my hands the form I was filling in with my info and waivers and said, I'm not renting you my jet ski. Asked to see the manager and the answer was Im the manager. Extremely frustrating experience. Re: there were no safety issues involved, as a matter of facts, I was avoiding any safety issue when I asked for the correct instructions. Walked 5 mins to another provider instructions were clear, customer service was extraordinary not like this place.

Took their Hobie Cat out for a sail today. First time on a catamaran. Had a great time. The guys took good care of me and he weather was first rate. Sand, sea , blue sky and gentle breezes. Give them 5 stars.
