Called nearly 2 weeks ago to confirm skip was full and no longer required still not collected. Called several times to be told transport manager is aware we have been waiting and they will collect it ASAP. A friend used silver skips and was collected next day. Confirmed that the skip is blocking our garage and that I needed to get a motorcycle out to take for service still no action. Quick to take money not so quick to collect what you have paid for.

Hired an 8 yard, which arrived without any driveway protection, and filed it on the first day of landscaping. We then ordered a second. To their credit they were able to deliver another within 48 hours, but when arrives refused to collect the first stating therr was too much in it. I was just soil, and not over the average load size according to the contractors on site. Either way, we offered to transfer soil onto the next one to keep them happy. The girls in the office called me stating they were very short on skips, and didn't have time to wait for us to move soil over. I said rightly this wasn't my issue, but we were prepared to do what we could there and then to make their collection possible. The owner, swearing in the back ground, grabbed the phone and told me and I quote 'use another company'. The driver still with our new empty skip on board, then drove off, leaving me the job of finding another skip at very short notice so the job could continue in the time scale the contractors had allocated. Really disappointing service, so much so that the groundwork contractors will never use this company again. And neither would I suggest anyone else does.

Pesky Part timers

Drivers have no regard for the road traffic act, messing about with handheld phone while driving. Get the muppet an auto then he won't have to worry about having to change gear.
