Terrible customer service. My girlfriend went here for some pretty important results on a blood test and ended up waiting for 2hrs with no explanation, in a run down patient room. She wasn't even offered water. Very poor service.

I have been seeing Dr. Zdanowitz for over 30 years and i will say that he is a pleasure to see.He is a gentleman and knows his field better than anyone who has treated me.He is a kind and caring man and i will be seeing him soon for a blood related issue.I highly recommend him and i enjoy being treated by him.There is a wait time there.THAT is the only down side i can mention...at times it is an hour or more wait even having booked an appointment well in advance,BUT it is worth the wait ! He is kind Caring and the wait is due to the thoroughness and complete total care for each patient that he gives.Bring a book ! Take along a ipad or something similar to pass the time...HE IS WORTH THE WAIT !

I went there twice and made me wait for nearly 2 hours each appointments. The first one is so difficult because I didn’t eat anything for blood works. So i’m literally starving. If you have no patience for waiting don’t go.
