Truly a full 5 stars. Great quality food down to the individual ingredients they use. They are accommodating with great service. Not too pricey considering the portion sizes are ample. Also the beer and wine selection is on point, mostly being from the region they are representing with their motif. If not just for the sauerkraut and beer, this place is a place to make time for.
I ordered the lamb chops. It was much small than the picture, but it was much thicker. The grilled veges were very good as well as the mashed potatoes. The lamb was done perfectly. I wanted it done medium-rare, but the lamb was tough. Not at the where the bone meets the meat, this was quite tender, but where the meaty portion of the lamb, this was kìnda tough. Strange since I got it MR. It has to be the lamb and their supplier. The lamb was the speciality of the meal therefore I have to give it 3 stars only. The rest of the meal was 5 stars...but like I said...lamb...
Great food and great service. Great German food with good price!! If you want the best food ever come to Flam’s.
My first Alsatian food experience outside of France! It was good and the potato Sautée was my favorite while eating there.
