Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice Care Reviews | Rating 4.4 out of 5 stars (5 reviews)

Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice Care is located in Farnham, United Kingdom on Waverley Ln. Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice Care is rated 4.4 out of 5 in the category lodging in United Kingdom. Phyllis Tuckwell provides supportive and end of life care to adult patients and their families who are living with an advanced or terminal illness, in West Surrey and part of North East Hampshire. Every day we support over 250 patients, carers and relatives either at the Hospice, out in the community or in patients’ own homes. All of the care we give is provided free of charge, however as NHS and Government funding covers just 20% of our costs, we need to fundraise over £20,000 each and every day to ensure we can continue this level of care. Phyllis Tuckwell now has 20 retail shops across the catchment area which provide vital funds; these shops are always in need of stock from donations of furniture, clothes, bric-a-brac and more. Our fundraising team manages a full calendar of activities and events for our supporters from overseas challenges, skydives, marathons and cycling to parties, golf days, fun runs and so much more. Corporate Partnerships with local companies and businesses are vital to Phyllis Tuckwell, as they help us to ensure that our financial future is secure, and that we can continue to provide supportive and end of life care for our patients and their families. If your business is interested in becoming a Charity Partner, please contact us or see our website for more information.

I wish I could give no stars. If I could turn back time and never let my loved one go into Phyllis Tuckwell I would. Total neglect. Life changing mistakes were made. To go in for respite and then to come out needing end of life care... Then for family members to receive an apology letter for 'legal reasons'. Disgusting!

Thank you for taking such good care of my Nan. All the staff were amazing, and thank you for letting me and my family take over the place during my Nan's last few days .

My husband was admitted just before Christmas . They made his last days so comfortable, made my son and myself feel special. Such an amazing group of people.

Our brother John went into Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice on 8th May this year. Unfortunately John passed away 24hrs later. Wonderful care was given in this short time. John had wanted to stay at home until the end. Everything progressed so aggressively that there was no time to put home care into action although his brother and wife were amazing looking after him. I'm sure John would have been in awe of the work this wonderful hospice does.
