A someone relatively new to yoga I was a little anxious about attending my first retreat in Portugal solo but I needn't have worried as everything was perfect. Jill has thought of everything to make guests feel welcome and I found myself with a beautiful group of like minded people who filled my week with laughter. The house was stunning and the attention to detail made it very special, the goody bag and personalised postcard from the team were an added bonus! Julee and Lou are both incredible teachers and I have come home feeling spiritually nurtured and my yoga practice has developed, the sunrise meditations will stay with me for a long time. Thank you to the Ebb Flow team for giving me a week to remember and I look forward to my next retreat with you.

I first went to this studio when I joined a beginners course as a complete beginner, now I’m able to attend all the classes including the dynamic ones. The studio is very clean and tidy and the staff are wonderfully welcoming. There is a great variety of classes, course and in-depth workshops that I have enjoyed since I started practicing yoga here.
