Went in store today to buy a sofa. Lou and Oliver were amazing. They helped us figure out the fit and were so friendly. There was no pressure selling just helpful advice and guidance. We ordered a gorgeous sofa for a very reasonable price.

Friday 11th September we visited Furniture Village to browse for Dining Chairs. In all honesty we didn’t expect to find anything as we have been trying to find something to match our table for 5 years!!! On entering the store we were immediately impressed by the staff, who were doing everything they could to adhere to COVID guidelines - going above and beyond to keep themselves and their customers safe! Brilliant. We were asked what we were looking for and directed to the correct area of the store. We had a look around and Syan the sales assistant greeted us and let us know she was available to help. We were so excited to find some beautiful solid wood chairs which match our table almost perfectly. Syan answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the set. We told her we’d think about it and be back. Afterwards we decided to have a ‘quick look’ at Sofas as that would be next on our list to purchase. We fell in love with a Chesterfield style leather sofa and another sales assistant, Rian, assisted us and found out all the required information. Overnight we couldn’t stop thinking about the items we’d seen and we were really so impressed with everything the store and the staff had to offer. The next day we returned to the store with our 2 boys (6&4), Syan greeted us immediately and remembered our requirements. She very professionally noted that her colleague had helped us with the Sofa the day before (who wasn’t available that day) and proceeded to assist us in choosing an accompanying arm chair and a protection plan for our items. Syan was friendly, patient, professional and helpful the whole time and was extremely kind to our children...offering them hot chocolate and cookies. We proceeded with our purchases and did not feel pressured or rushed in the slightest. I can honestly say it was the most pleasant furniture shopping experience we have ever had. We will 100% return to furniture village in the future - amazing service all round!!

I’ve been looking for a dining table and chairs for a while and today I have found exactly what I’ve wanted. Liam greeted us as soon as we arrived and was so friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful without being overbearing, I would like to thank him for all the information I needed to find my perfect furniture. I’m so happy. Coffee and cookies were also perfect!
