Great place, beautiful nature

The jewel of the Abruzzo! It is really worth visiting with a family. The proper shoes are advised for long walks, though it is possible with sandle if not too far.

Stunning gorge with the remnants of a monastery opening out as you continue walking away from Fara. The variety big flora is wonderful with fabulous aromatic herbs filling the air in summer months.
