The BEST customer service! My family and I have been dealing with Joe D's since the 80's when they were in Botany Village. They are a family owned company and provide world class service. We have bought numerous appliances from them over the years. We have ALWAYS been satisfied with their recommendations. They make sure everything is as it should be and follow up with any doubts or customer questions. They have competitive prices and they even do better than the big box stores. You cannot go wrong patronizing Joe D's.

I recently purchased a GE washer and Dryer set and was super excited to have Jordan schedule a quick install. After about 20 some odd days, my washer started to make some funny noise, and eventually the interior glass exploded. When contacting GE - their support team was not so helpful at all. In fact they were giving me an appointment that was nearly 4 weeks out. I contact Jordan and felt assured he would help take of us. He did everything he could to help escalate our issue, and try to get a quick resolution. He picked up my phone calls, and responded to my emails. Eventually, due to COVID19 no other retailer remotely near us had a similar model in stock. However, Joe D's did have a similar product, and offered to replace my busted GE one. Amazing Customer service, and true professional ownership of the products they sell. It wasn't a I sold it, I have nothing to do with you attitude, in-fact exactly the opposite. I would recommend anyone to buy whatever you can with Joe D's!
To make a long story short, my refrigerator died completely during this awful pandemic. A friend of a friend connected me to Adam from Joe D’s on Friday evening. By Monday noon, I had a brand new and very wonderful fridge. I could not be happier with the service, the follow up, and the delivery. I highly recommend Joe D’s Appliances.
What a great and civilized experience at this hidden gem of an appliance warehouse! Jordan, one of the best sales managers I have ever encountered is so well versed in appliances that the trust level skyrockets as soon as you speak with him. His sincerity and demeanor make the whole buying experience worth the visit. Joe D's is now my \go to\ appliance store.
