Incredibly poor service. Wrongly charged for damage for a missing parcel shelf which wasn't in place in the first place. Neither the attendant checking out the vehicle or the staff member (who failed to inform us of damage charges when the car was signed out) did their job properly and now we are chasing a refund for over 200 pounds.
