Great 1st class service! The young lad Jason was very helpful.
I'd started using them for my glass suppling needs. My 1st order worked out well, good price and delivered on time as promised. Then my 2nd, 3rd and final order were all delivered a week late and they didn't have the courtesy to call and say they had screwed up. They left it until i turned up and acted dumb. Not much of an apology just shrugged it off and blamed their supplies. Overall very bad service. A wise man once told me, its not if you screw up its how you handle things when you screw up that matters because we are only human!!
