DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!! 0 stars. I have lived here with my fiancé since February 2020 and have paid our rent (over 1000) on time every month. When we moved in the oven didn't work and it took them 6 (yes six) months to order 1 part that took about 15 mins to replace. Now in the middle of September our AC has stopped cooling or blowing air at all. We have been trying to get in contact with anyone to come look at it. After 3 days we get a text back that the maintenance guy will be here between 7-8 to look at it. So, after not sleeping all night bc it won't get below 75 degrees, I woke up at 7am and waited until I had to leave for work. No call, text, or anyone coming by. After I got off work I went by the office that has an open sign, but no one would answer the door. Tried calling the landlady 20 times with no answer. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME LOOKING HERE.

Viví 12 meses en estos Town Houses el vecindario muy tranquilo y las personas que trabajan muy amables, pague 930.00 de depósito y de mensualidad, nunca falle en mis pagos y al final entregué el apartamento limpio y en buen estado, el landlord su nombre es Venkat, se aprovechó de nosotros y se quedó con todo mi depósito!!! Y eso es una falta de respeto! Para que tenga en consideración con la persona que van a lidiar.
