Very nice hospital and staff at the laboratory and the emergency. The only issue I had was the emergency waiting time. Checking is is really fast and then I waited for 2 hrs to get checked by the doctor, while we were only 4 patients with 3 doctors 3 nurses. Then extra 2 hrs waiting for blood results. Seems a bit too much. Also, admitting people in the big waiting hall with sofas and then making them wait at the small narrow corridor with 4 chairs to be checked by a doctor really makes no sense.

Absolutely amazing maternity ward and the whole gynaecology/midwife team. Gave birth there twice and was more than satisfied with the level of care. Professional, supportive and friendly. Also top-notch conditions during the post-natal stay, comfortable modern rooms with all possible amenities. Highly recommend

I was brought to the ER of this hospital in March 2020. The ER doctor was condescending and insensitive for no reason at all. Nurses were friendly and considerate. If you don't speak French, you are lost since none of the staff I encountered spoke any word of Dutch, which creates needless distress on top of being in an emergency situation

Had a stupid cooking accident and ended up going in to have stitches and my finger examined by a hand surgeon the same day. All in all was in and out rather quickly. The staff was super friendly and helpful. While my experience with the hospital being quite empty might be a one off, it was quite efficient. There was also no issues with language barrier as most of the staff I encountered spoke english.

As a returning patient I highly recommend the kinesiology/physiotherapy section. The team is very friendly and professional (except the old lady who is on the reception there, very unfriendly and arrogant)! I am very happy of the service and especially with DR. Alexandre. Overall the hospital is very clean and has a small cafeteria where the service is also friendly. Close proximity to tram, bus, metro and train.

HORRIBLE, DO NOT GO THERE! I went there for the Covid test. It got so painful that I had to tell the urse\. In response he pushed so VIOLENTLY that I bleed for a while and my ear and nose are still very sore after 4 days! Also the urse\ insisted that anywhere you go you need at least 3 to 5 days for your results. I phoned someone who went to to Saint-Luc for the same test on the same day and he already got the results 24h later. No one should feel violated and lied to like that, even less in a hospital! To follow your response : you may not be responsible for the waiting but what about the violence and the giving false information ?!

Gave birth twice here, in 2012 and 2015, each time I had a great experience, very competent staff, nurses as well as doctors, especially Dr De Braekelaer and nurse Elke from the maternity ward. Very good pediatricians, once you get past not very friendly pediatric reception. But it takes ages to receive an appointment so be sure you are not calling for an emergency. Overall nicely decorated, clean, accessible and professional hospital.

Very polite and friendly staff. But professionally speaking not the best
