This is the company you should go with. We could not be happier with the communication and work done by Maryland Heating & Air. We had our furnace replaced. Scott came out and gave us an estimate, he off the bat seemed trustworthy and the price seemed fair. So we went for it. From the moment he arrived to the moment he left he was constantly giving us updates and answering all of our questions. Everyone was respectful. Not only was Scott knowledgeable, respectful and kept things on track, he and his crew did a high quality job. You could see they care about the work and not about just getting the job done. Overall it was really a great experience. Thanks again - we are extremely grateful we went with you all.

I had a great experience with this company. All the people I have encountered with whether on the phone or in person have been amazing. Chris educated me on my old 32 years unit vs the new unit that was replaced. Jason was very helpful and showed me how to use the new thermostat that was install because I am not tech savvy lol... the other guys that assisted with installation was nice as well and very good with the clean up. Thank you again guys!!!
Was very pleased with the outstanding service provided by their technician.....Seth....Very professional and personable service. He called to let me know he was on the way and showed up on time. Explained in great detail the work he was going to do (it was an annual maintenance on my heater) and outlined the cost very clearly. During each step of the process he would explain what was going on.... that is reassuring to me. He even hauled out a dead rat in my attic!! (He could have said nothing and I would never have known.) Very honest individual and represented his company very well. I would use Maryland Heating & Air again and specifically ask for him again!
The technician that was sent to my home to replace the motor in the furnance and he did the clean up of another contractor previously used for my hot water heater. The technician was very courteous and he followed the COVID-19 protocol. He was prompted, respectful, and cleaned. He completed the job in less than 4 hours window that was provided to complete the repair. This company will be my permanent contact for all of my heating and air repair needs.
AC unit went out on Sunday night. Friend recommended this place. Gave them a call first thing Monday and got a service tech the same morning. Chris showed up promptly and did an awesome job in finding and fixing the issue. Replaced capacitor and also filter and did a check for any other issue. He was courteous and thorough and completely professional. I highly recommend Maryland Heating & Air and Will definitely use them again.
