Absolutely spot-on! Two massive Velux Windows at the best price possible(that's even including the delivery cost). Communication 10 on 10(emails and a phone call to let me know that they were being delivered the following day). Received items on a pallet, LESS THAN 48 HOURS AFTER ORDERING(& I'm 5 hours away!). Would recommend and will definitely use again.
