Ordered a chair for WFH during lockdown, and they had a massive range to choose from. Delivery was quick and efficient. Not bad considering I am in Essex! More importantly though, the chair proved unsuitable for my needs (quick tricky to buy online) and the company dealt with the return quickly and efficiently. It was all handled through E Mail and one 'phone call. All I had to pay was a reasonable return carriage charge. Would recommend to others based on my experience.

BE VERY CAREFUL TO READ TERMS OF BUSINESS - RECEIVED FAULTY FILING CABINET, I WAS NOT IN OFFICE WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED ON 26TH JAN 18 PM. DIDN'T UNPACK TILL 6TH FEB 18 - 7 WORKING DAYS LATER - LOOKED PERFECT - OPENED DRAW AND IT WAS NOT FITTED TO THE RUNNERS. BEEN TOLD AS WE DIDN'T REPORT WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY WE ARE NOT ENTITLED TO NO REPLACEMENT ! EVEN THOUGH IT HAS A 5 year manufacturer's guarantee - CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER SAID IT IS A FAULT FROM DELIVERY - I SAID HOW DO YOU KNOW - HE SAID AS WE HAVE HAD THIS ISSUE BEFORE!!! SURLY IF THEY HAVE THEY CAN APPOINT A BETTER DELIVERY FIRM OR HIGHLIGHT THE 3 DAY RULE ON DELIVERY PACKAGING OR INVOICE - NOW LEFT OUT OF POCKET 156.00 WITH A FILING CABINET THATS NOT WORKING!!! THEY HAVE OFFERED TO SELL ME ANOTHER FOR 90.00!!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, I THINK NOT !!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH. - STAY WELL CLEAR OF THEM ORDER FROM LOCAL STATIONERY FIRM BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT WILL REPLACE FAULTY GOODS. MIGHT PAY MORE BUT WILL BE WORTH IT IN LONG RUN.

Ordered a chair in march which arrived broken with the raising mechanism not working. They arranged for a part to be delivered. It is now November and they have been completely inept in solving my issue. Sending parts to wrong addresses and not doing anything about it.. will never order or recommend again bye bye 280 Update - Dec 4th - Order was once again shipped to an old address and 1 week after it was promised due to this incredibly poor service & experience.... this is an absolute shambles

Equip4work...the worst Company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I ordered 2 x units in January of this year...both were delivered, both damaged. One unit was damaged on the back panel, however it was going against the wall so we just kept it. The other cabinet, a 4 drawer filing cabinet was dented at the front left side, also the 3rd drawer was missing a part which would not allow us to lock the unit. We contacted equip4work on 6th February & sent photographs of the damage.. they sent us out plastic parts to put into drawer, this did not alleviate the problem. I emailed the company numerous times, no response back....eventually they contacted us, they said they would have to send an engineer...on 19th September 2020, the engineer drove 185miles from England to our office in Scotland. He checked the unit & said it definitely needed replaced. An hour after he left, another local engineer came to look at the unit. We told him an engineer had already been to inspect the unit. I heard nothing until I emailed equip4work to ask when the replacement unit would be delivered, they emailed us back to say they would not be replacing the unit as the engineer said it looked as though it had been through the wars!! We are a small family run business, there is one person who works in the office, this unit was definitely not through the wars! Absolutely shocking customer service. I will NEVER purchase anything from the Company ever again....the worst I have ever dealt with in 19 years of being in business. Their customer service is NON existent. The unit cost around 150, it would have cost more than that to get an engineer to drive 185 miles, then also the cost of another engineer attending the same morning! I honestly would not advise any one to buy from this company!!

Don't order from these guys if you want to be disappointed. My order was never received (4 days late so far), when it should of been delivered the next day. When you try to speak to customer service expect to wait a very long time \u003e45 mins. Order from somewhere else, save your time!
