Had great service from Izzy at this show room. She took so much time to listen and understand my needs, made suggestions and genuinely wanted to help me find the right car, not just make a sale. Would recommend this show room for good service, good range of vehicles.

Poor communication and customer service. Good selection of cars but unfortunately the car is the only good part of my Wilson’s experience. I recently purchased a fiat 500x which I absolutely love, however if I didn’t love the car as much as I do the service would have driven me straight out the door. Tayo who I dealt with seemed relatively inexperienced to the role of customer service. He hugely lacked in his ability to keep up with good communication and when telling me when the car would be ready to pick up, gave me misinformation on many occasions. He would change the story as to why the car was ready when he said it would be all the time. When finally receiving the car over a month ago I only received one key when the car was advertised as having 2. Tayo said this wouldn’t be a problem and they would simply replace the key they lost and post it to me. This STILL hasn’t happened. Jay from the core team gave me the same speeches about calling me back to resolve this issue and never did. Finally speak to Chris whose the sales manager who said he would find out what happened to the key. This was over a week ago and I am still without adequate information and with a car with only 1 key. I would not recommend Wilson’s fiat - to me they have a lack of customer respect and are focused solely on making a sale and then disregard you as a customer. I am extremely disappointed and unimpressed.
