Concrete pumping truck hirer/ supplier. Repair and servicing of their own fleet of commercial vehicles.
One of their trucks completely blocked the pavement, the driver didn't seem to care about pedestrians. I sent them a complaint via email but they didn't bother to respond.
One of the best concrete pump company's in the country
Sent a driver who didn’t usually drive this truck. Really nice guy but wasn’t that fast at using so took a while to setup and also took him a while to get use to the controls no big deal. He was a very fast learner and actually a really good driver by the end. He was good at pre empting when to stop the concrete. But that time to setup and the first pump were a little slow. Then I get a call the next day saying you took longer than the rate, and there was a charge which added up to more than if you hired it for a whole day. So I still had it less than a whole day and paid for more, which I think is ridiculous. I thought this was a bit unfair so called back and the lady said she would talk to her manager and never called back which I think is rude. At least call back and say sorry there is nothing I can do. Basically seriously expensive and bad customer service. Pump drivers are nice though.
