I really appreciate Chris Larkin keeping me up to date and checking on things in a detailed manner for me during my emergency. Especially working around the unexpected utility shut downs and other emergencies happening because of the extreme cold temperature. The rest of the staff has also always been very friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you to all!

Steve, Alex and Jay were absolutely awesome!! My elderly parents were upside down on their lease car. Not only did the team help us out of that mess, they also got my parents into a 2019 Buick Encore. Loving Longbine's customer service, especially their patience when we drove 5 or 6 different vehicles! I felt at ease the whole time. Highly recommend. #shoplocal

Great experience. Staff was ready to go when I arrived. Information was easily explained. The time was reasonable in completion. In this time of covid I felt safe and secure going to them and waiting for my vehicle.
So, my experience with Billy and buying ther car was fantastic!! Then I took my car to the body shop due to some cosmetic damage from the car wash for a new paint job. My estimate said about 10 days to complete so after 17 days my husband called to check on it, was told by Scott it was done but needed a touch up on top but would be ready by the next day. That went on Monday, Tuesday, on Wednesday I'm then told they had another truck in that needed painted, then on Friday I was frustrated hearing it again so hung up until Monday. Monday I was told by Scott it was ready. Went to get it, noticed all my little plastic pieces from interior of car was laying in my cup holder, irritating but they came out and corrected it. Got my car home and noticed I had no camero emblems put back on the car, and my spoiler was installed so poorly you could see the screws sticking up from the trunk, and my left mount was lifted off the car about an inch. Took the car back and after 2 more weeks and Scott saying they didn't paint the truck lid even though the car was there for a whole paint job, I got it back again with the emblems replaced and my spoiler, well it's better then it was. Picked up the car went to car wash and realized they hadn't painted the back bumper either, and no one mentioned that so I called Scott again he said I could bring it back after the holidays, but I was done dealing with Scott for over 2 months, and him not doing what i was paying to be done, so I refused and asked him to refund my money so I can take it somewhere else to get corrected. Will not be bringing my vehicles back, I don't like being lied to. And through 2 months of this, no one ever called me to try and make it better, or apologize, nothing.
