Katie Mathews did a phenomenal job! I was a first-time home-buyer, and didn't really know where to start. I was serious about wanting to purchase, but not knowing the process, didn't want to ask for something unreasonable or not ask for something commonly included in the sale. When there were unique situations (COVID-19, delayed repairs, unknown info about the home's history, etc.), she was able to work with her colleagues, the seller, and the bank to make sure everything was running smoothly. All her communication was prompt and professional, and I really feel that she represented my best interests throughout. She was able to explain the entire process and helped me step by step. Even after closing, she helped get me references for good handymen and little details that were super important. I hope to be in my new home for a long time, but when it comes time to buy or sell again, I WILL use Katie, and you should too!
