I called yesterday and even during lockdown got an option to leave the car during leave from Dr Grays to be fixed whilst not needed for 3 days, great service Buckie Ford wanted 5 weeks notice..... Great service.

I took delivery today of the brand new Ford Puma Titanium First Edition. The whole buying process has been painless and the team at Park's Ford Elgin have been fantastic. Special thanks to the sales exec Ben Hayden who has gone above and beyond and been a genuine pleasure to work with from start to finish. I had the added bonus of being the first purchaser of a Puma from the dealership. The presentation of the car was flawless; Ben took me through a very detailed description of all of the controls as well as a demonstration of the assisted parking feature. I can't recommend Park's Ford Elgin highly enough.
So friendly and helpful. I'm disabled and found Gordon on the ball with all the help I can get from the mobility scheme. Helped me get the most suitable car for me and I am looking forward to getting it.
I popped in this afternoon with a warning light on my Transit and cannot fault the service from Park's. Colin from the service department immediately came to help and spent 30 mins sorting out the issue. He was friendly and polite and the advice he gave was perfect and fixed the issue. Thanks.
I just purchased a 2018 Audi A4 Black edition from Parks Elgin, Samuel Burns was my sales executive after making my first enquiry, I soon afterwards received a full video of vehicle, we then negotiated a suitable deal for both parties which included transportation of vehicle from Elgin to Bathgate Parks, when I arrived at 9.55am (5 mins early) the vehicle was waiting outside, washed and ready to go, I simply left my signatures and I was off with my new car, purchasing online was made so easy and in matter of fact i think it was easier than the usual method of purchasing a car as most was done within the comfort of my home. The car itself was in perfect condition and just serviced too, I would say that it was in exact same condition as our Audi TT which we purchased from Audi just 2 months previously, and so all round I am delighted with this purchase, from start to finish.
