Total scam, do not go to this centre. Booked my car in to be looked at because both my engine light and transmission light were coming up on the dash, and as a result my car had less power. Receive a phone call a couple hours after taking it in telling me there are no lights on the dash, and during road testing they couldn't fault the vehicle. Instead of inspecting the problem I've brought my car in for, they wasted my money and time going around my vehicle quoting me prices for parts to replace e.g. 30 for new windscreen whippers. I called them up on it saying that there is no way the lights are not on considering they've been on every time I've driven the car for the past 2 weeks, including the drive up to ford, and if you'd done any proper road testing you would feel the vehicle has less power. (Not to mention the error codes would be stored in the car anyway to be read by a code reader) So I picked my car up to find the dashboard lights off. On my 10 minute drive home the dashboard lights came back on. It was obvious they just reset them. Phoned them up the next day saying my dashboard lights are back on so can I take it back. To which I was told I would need to pay further money to have an engineer sit in the car with me so I can show them what's wrong, and to pay further money for them to \diagnose\ the problem. Complete waste of time and money. Avoid this centre.

Yiks!! I've just read all the reviews, as I am about to buy/lease a new van. After doing so, I have determined NOT to go with Ford. I would strongly advise management to spend some on here, AND make some changes. Sheesh!

We have used Birchwood Eastbourne for a number of years to service our Ford Fiestas. This is a lovely garage. Easy to find, spotlessly clean and the nicest staff. Always so welcoming, friendly and professional. Pricing clear and upfront too. Recommended as a Ford dealership..a good experience.
