Horrible customer service! Non-responsive to emails or phone calls. Takes forever to get a basic window replacement permit and permit costs are ridiculous!
As former Community President of the Semmes Park community, I wanna say this. This is an excellent community. And I'm going to make a public park available to anyone that wants to use it. Look for 1840 Grove Ave. P.S. I loved Mayor Patsy J. Hilliard.
