This was probably the absolute best experience I have had with a service center in my recent travels!! I have been traveling several thousand miles and had stopped along I-95 in Georgia and South Carolina and the two shops could not solve the tire issues that I was having. The day was coming to an end and I was able to find Bleecker and spoke with Amy in the service center. She and her service manager could hear my concern and not wanting to be stuck on the road later that evening said to come in ASAP! The mechanics and the managers and staff were so nice and friendly.... and in my case... solved my issue right away!!! The service department here, one can tell is a well put together team and genuinely care about their work and the customer! Even customers who live 1200 miles away!!! Thank you ... and thank you Amy!!

After a negative experience at a different dealership, my husband decided to reach out to Matt who had texted him after we requested a quote. Matt spent time getting numbers together while my husband was at work, so that we didn't waste a 45 minute drive with our newborn. Once we got here, Matt met us immediately and got us going on our test drives. My husband and I decided we were both going to get new cars. Like I said, we had our baby with us, and everyone helped the process go quickly and smoothly. Trey was amazing with squaring away the car loans. I have never been able to go into a dealership and buy a car in less than 3 hours, but Matt and Trey helped us buy 2 new cars in less than 3 hours!
