I can't say any negative comments about Kids & Bibs Daycare. The staff are excellent and nothing is too much for them. What a caring bunch. The facilities are second to none. I have never seen such a range of toys and the cleanliness of the entire building is awesome. The owner Lynda has a genuine love for all the children in her care and always has time to speak to you about any concerns you might have.

With only days notice before the start of term they told me they could no longer offer after school collection that I had been getting the previous term from the nursery. Leaving me in learch after being told serval times this would not be a problem. They then had the nerve to ask me to pay for the next 4 week as notice even know they were not able to continue to provide child care. As I tried to resolve the issue as I needed child care the manager became irrate and verbally aggressive on the phone. NEVER have I been spoken(shouted at )to in this way and it was really was just unnecessary. The quickness of the escalation of the mangers aggressive tone really concerned me and needless to say my kid did not return into an environment were a care giver would feel this was appropriate way to act. The daycare staff were lovely, however there is such a high turn over of staff. After speaking to other parents I was told of other part time kids that had similar issues to make way for full timers. My kids go to a local child minder now and the difference is night and day.

Promises the earth but definitely doesn't deliver. Was very happy to take my child on an adhoc basis to match my shifts as a staff nurse shortly after opening. When they became busier I was asked to find childcare somewhere else by letter. The owner obviously didn't feel it necessary to explain in person which to me speaks volumes.

I personally liked the day care and staff in it.. My wee man loved the day care also.. However im extremely annoyed with the fact ive to find somewhere else for my son to go to all because they wanted paid at the start of every month... But care to learn doesnt pay until the end of each month... The fact I was expected to pay near 300 on my own that day or else my son wasnt allowed back really annoyed me hence why ive removed my son from the creche. Thats my child routines up the left now.
