Old school intement venue well suited to big bands
Concert I booked was cancelled by the Alhambra Theatre due to Covid-19. It took six months before the money was refunded and they did not refund the full amount paid. The Alhambra witheld the booking fee! As they cancelled the concert the full amount should have been refunded. How much money have they made by not refunding the full amount paid for concerts and not refunding for six months? Very bad service. The Alhambra Theatre don't even deserve a one star review!
Fabulous place and excellent service and excellent shows
Because we have not had any contact with you about panto for 3 adults and 1 child what is happening for refund or pre-order tickets for next year.
