Some of the best customer service we've ever experienced, and good value for money. Sandra took the time to understand what exactly we were wanting, while also providing her expertise to pick the perfect wedding outfit. You didn't just have a price sheet thrown at your face, with limited choice, which is what I often find at other hire companies. Sandra was incredibly processional and went above and beyond what was required. The kilt shop, although located in a central location in Dundee, is not the closest one for us (we live in Aberdeenshire). However, I will continue to use this shop going forward solely for the service I received. Could not recommend it more!
