The locum pharmacist Judith at this branch was rude and unhelpful towards me. As I am regular customer on few occasions I seen the way she speaks to myself and others. Will try to avoid going to the pharmacy when she is there. The dispensary staff are much helpful, friendly and polite towards customers.

Never answer telephone. And are rude to customers. They loose your perscriptions and have almost never got all your items.

Rude ignorant staff, you stand at counter and the staff are busy, they look at you but don’t make any acknowledgement. And when someone does materialise from the back they serve the person behind me because not stood immediately in front of the till but 2ft off centre which is why the person serving ignored me! So rude! Had to give 1 star as I could give none
