Excellent car buying experience! I've never worked with Dublin Ford Lincoln until last week, it was a completely painless experience. From finding my car online, getting a value on my trade, test driving, and doing my paperwork- Tim, Greg, and Trent made everything so simple. I felt like they really valued my time and wanted to be sure that I left happy. Will definitely do business with again!

Dont trust them, They said this vehicle was in great shape or they would not put it on there lot , they replaced the struts and breaks as you can see by the photos i posted i had to take it to the Ford dealership in Savannah to get the work done, After several phone calls to Dublin Ford and no returned calls from Dublin Ford i had to get these items repaired I can't see myself going back to this dealership, I'm sharing my experience with everyone i meet and I tell exactly what happened to me and hope I can save someone from the same ordeal.... Unbelievable, the response from Dublin Ford is a flat out LIE, lying and adding words I didn't say don't make it right, my number has not changed, y'all lie like the liberal news media.

Greg Dumas was our salesman. He was very polite and professional! Easily one of the best car buying experiences we have had! Everyone at the dealership were very nice and welcoming! Will definitely buy another car from them in the future! It was worth the 2.5 hour drive!

Greg Dumas did a great job of answering all my questions and even though there were delays that were out of his control he did his job efficiently and with good humor. I never felt rushed or pressured and the entire staff were courteous and friendly. The preliminary deal was fair and in the end it was exactly as agreed to. Thanks to Greg and Mark Cox for doing business as it should be done.

Extremely pleased all around!! For over a year now my husband and I have been looking at the Ford Flex. We do not buy vehicles on impulse so I knew what I wanted, Black exterior, leather seats, electric seats windows and so on... my husband ran across a black Ford Flex, leather seats (just as I wanted) at Swainsboro Ford, he inquired about the vehicle, he found out the same owner owns Dublin Ford. We knew this past week there was NO WAY AT ALL we could make it to Swainsboro to check it out. My husband called Dublin Ford and spoke with salesman Greg Dumas (whom was absolutely amazing , we highly recommend! If you go tell him Kris & Ashley Fordham sent ya) My husband asked if there was any way possible that they could bring the Flex here so that we could see it, that he could not promise we would buy it but we were really interested and wanted to see it in person. Greg did NOT hesitate! He said let me make a call and I’ll let you know when it’s here! (This was in the afternoon). Greg called my husband back next morning & said 12 noon it will be sitting here in Dublin waiting on you! And 12 noon he called my husband! We checked it out, we were trading in my car, so while we test drove they did the car appraisal on my car! we made our decision We wanted the Flex! With the AWESOME help of the 2 finance gentleman, Mark & Trey, we were EXTREMELY HAPPY with the Flex sale price & offer for trade in on my car! We told them the payment area we needed to be in and they did all they could and got us in there! This wife is extremely happy and the whole process was painless and easy!!
