I had a fantastic buying experience with Richardson Ford. After an initial contact through Autotrader Alex Lizardos contacted me the very next day to deal with my inquiry. It wasn't practical for me to test drive the car as Richardson Ford is nearly 300 miles away from where I live in the south. Because of this I was a little apprehensive purchasing the car 'online' but Alex took the time to give me a run down of the car's history and took me through all the financial arrangements very thoroughly, putting my mind at ease. Alex was incredibly communicative throughout the purchase, even taking the time to send me a picture of the car being loaded onto the truck the day before it was delivered, in immaculate condition I might add. I even had a follow up call a couple of weeks after the sale to be wished a happy birthday and to check my reg documents had come through, which was a lovely personal touch. I'd happily and heartily recommend Richardson Ford whether you are local or purchasing a car remotely.

Following below I did end up purchasing an ST. Really happy with the sale, car prepared well, collection was easy. Expecting the after sales to be just as good. Didn't purchase but service was prompt, friendly, honest, up front and warranty options are good. Thanks Robbie.
