An absolute masterclass in customer service! I really mean it. I have an extremely narrow hallway... getting a sofa that will squeeze through there into the living room was a nightmare. I called several companies none of whose could be bothered to really help but I got through to a lady called Karen who knew the sofas inside and out and ran off to measure one up for me and called me straight back... so cheerful and helpful. We came up with the perfect sofa together. What a lovely lady!!! Instead of waiting the normal 10 days they rang to say they happened to be doing a London drop off so bought it to me within 3 days! Then, as the guys arrived bang on time I realised I hadn’t measured the front door. It didn’t fit! My heart sank! These lads, Billy and Karl tried every which way possible.... scratched their heads and tried the back gate through the garden.... anyone else would have just left the sofa on the curb or cancelled and driven back with it... I couldn’t believe it when they finally got it through the door! I know this was such a tough job because two companies have already failed to get a sofa in here! And I haven’t even got to the sofa yet! It’s bloody beautiful! It’s salmon velvet... it’s firm and luxurious and superbly made, easy to put it all together so comfortable and everyone complements it. I am over the moon with the company and my sofa.

Emily Griffiths answered and was amazing at helping ensure that two items from different suppliers would work, by taking a photo of the two items I was interested in. Great communication and quick and easy to order. Looking forward to it arriving for Christmas!

Amazing 5 star service! Ordered on the Thursday and the desk was delivered by the following Wednesday! Scott in their C.S. was very helpful and efficient, I was kept up to date at all times, including delivery updates with the driver. (Sorry can’t remember his name). All in all, super efficient and professional. The desk looks amazing! Would not hesitate to purchase from here again. You’ve set the bar high. Plus, shopped around for the same desk and Woods had the best price! All in all, a very happy customer! Well done you! Keep up the good work!
