Excellent experience from placing the order to installation of the windows a week before the estimated date. The quality is extremely high and Nick and his team delivered the goods! Very happy with our bespoke bay windows and a very cost effective price. Extremely pleased. Don't get ripped off by Anglian and the other sharks out there, use a local company that have been going for many years who will halve the price and provide a better product!
Thank you for providing a great experience for a first time window shopper. The service provided by Doors and Windows (Exeter) Ltd was fantastic from start to finish. I only required two small windows supplied not fitted. Despite the job being small they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even during Covid restrictions were able to provide the windows with minimal delay. Throughout the process of selecting the right product i contacted the team many times and was delighted with the guidance and swift response that Nick provided both over email and by phone. I would recommend the company to anyone and look forward to replacing more windows in the future.
We needed new windows and one door for our extension. I was eager to not use one of the annoying cold caller companies so contacted Nick at Doors and Windows for a quote. The quote was very competitive and he was even able to match the exact same glass pattern from my current bathroom window which is probably over 20 years old to the new ensuite bathroom window. Wow!. The windows were fitted with minimal disruption to the ongoing work. When the old windows need replacing I will definitely use this company again.
Excellent customer service which made the process enjoyable and easy. Would highly recommend and lovely to be able to use a local, family run company.
