I saw their ad on Facebook. I was also a bit wary but it's a nice place. There's hand sanitiser on the way in. They guy who greeted me was friendly and helpful. There's a huge array of UPVC doors and windows, all of which seemed to be in very good condition. Most prices were between 80 and 120 Quid. Delivery was quoted as 40 to DN2, where I live. I'm pretty sure I'll use these guys when I start my conversion work.

Total and utter surprise! I was a bit wary at first, presuming that if folks wanted to renew their upvc windows, their existing ones must be knackered. Well, obviously that's not the case because the unit was packed with a fantastic selection of windows and doors, all in excellent condition and all in superbly organised rows. The proprietors were professional, helpful, welcoming and best of all really friendly. A genuine five star set up.
