Have been placing click and collect orders all throughout the pandemic and Tesco has been incredibly easy and convenient for this. In particular Jack, who is always in the cold, and bringing orders to customers and assisting them, is fantastic. He recognises us by our car and often rushes off to get our shopping before we’ve even fully parked. This guy deserves some recognition Tesco for being a five star member of staff!

Always clean and well designed. Friendly staff when you can find one. I have given up on self scan and scan your self. I seem to get picked for check or red light of doom. Much prefer normal tills with humans. I can't be standing there waiting for somebody to fix the machines. Plus why are they so loud I'm not death.
Good size store with plenty of parking. Also I nice small coffee shop just through the mains doors upstairs to sit down with a drink and something to eat
Huge Tesco Extra with pretty much everything you could want. Staff always pleasant and very helpful. Also a very good in house pharmacy and opticians. Good Covid measures in place. Often good bargains. Excellent parking and toilet facilities. Petrol station and car wash in adjacent & 'Click and Collect' facility. It's hard to fault but.... my one perennial grouch is how no one ever waters the pot plants and it's painful to watch them droop, wilt and die off ,( often losing them sales as a result..why??). This, whilst the cut flowers alongside are in deep buckets of water. It surely couldn't be hard to remedy this but I have reported my concern many times to no avail ( occasionally resorting to an act of plant rescue myself by steeping the dying plants in an adjacent empty cut flower bucket for a few moments). This suggests a carelessness that surely must be costly in lost sales when a moment's watering once a day at opening or closing time would remedy this.
Huge store! Newspapers, magazines, party supplies, home wares, electricals, CDs, dvds, clothing, shoes, accessories, health and beauty, pharmacy, vision express, Costa coffee, hot food counters, deli counter, fish monger, bakery, need I go on?! So much on offer you don't know where to look!! Everything you could think of is on offer in this store! Always well stocked, produce always fresh, free fruit for the kids too. Well worth a trip! Scan as you shop, home shopping, click and collect. There's also a car wash and petrol station.
