The staff was incredibly helpful and informative. However, please be aware that a \starter check\ will not be accepted there. It must be a check with your name and addresses printed at the top, not written in. That being said, you can obtain a money order from the CVS off of Hickory St., which is a short walk from the office, in the event they do not accept your check.

Yvonne helped us today and was amazing! She has now done 3 passports for my family and we will continue sending everyone her way! They are a one stop shop and do absolutely everything for you! Prices are awesome! If you want quick professional service then go see her! Entire staff is friendly! Thank you again for helping us today :) Marcello Family

I went to go get more information on studying abroad and on getting a passport. This was the most unprofessional setting I have ever encountered. I wanted to speak with one of the main faculty members about what to expect when studying in Mexico and what documents I need and instead a student told the faculty member she would help me. She had no idea about the questions I was asking and gave me a phone number to contact a place in Dallas for more information that does not even work. I recommend that you speak to a faculty member because these students need more training.

They were very helpful and professional. I received my first passport within a few weeks way easier than I ever imagined it would be. France here I come!
