This is the 3rd car I have had from SG Petch in Darlington. I was a bit worried about how I could get a new car with out going to the show room but one massage to SG Petch sales team and I was sorted. Got a phone call straight away that same day from Ryan Robertson and the ball was rolling. He asked what I was looking for and my price range and he sent me a personal video of the car so I could see the in and out of it and he had me sold all in the same day. I have to say every car I have had from SG Petch in Darlington they have never done me wrong from sales team to after sales team and even the servicing team I never had a problem and I will keep going back. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car this is the place to go.

was your valetter trained by rolls royce the job he's done on my new van is fantastic every area is mint none of this its only a van attitude .a fantastic experience thank you glyn .mike smith the workshop manager is a super star on the ball everytime nothings a bother. the body shop also did a first class job sorting some add ons for us phil is very good to deal with on every level,weve had loads of cars and vans since 1990 from steve petch and the garage is a great place to buy from and the after sales is second to none weve never had a problem in 30 years .weve bought stuff from othere places but by far rate s g petch as the best 5 stars from us everytime
I had a good experience with SG Petch buying my new car (Hyundai 120), considering the pandemic and having to click and collect my car - meaning I did not get to see the car in person before buying it - they were very helpful. When I eventually seen my car in person I fell in love, there was a few minor things I wanted sorting/fixing however I believe Ryan - who was dealing with the sale - is going to get these sorted for me for free. All in all I could not fault my experience. Thank you Ryan for the good customer service and helping me.
Think very hard before buying from this dealership I've had mechanical issues after only 4 weeks of buying a car. The after care is very poor I think it's a case of get your money get you out. I was told the car I purchased was mechanically sound just under four weeks later issues arose. Now you might of thought they would bend over backwards to resolve the problems for the sake of keeping good reviews. No such luck
Igot a new car from Mazda at SG Petch in feb. Brilliant service, amazing car and also great after service. To begin, the salesman Anthony was really helpful and found the best for me! A week after i got my car, the engine light came on, mazda took my car and fixed it quickly and they kept me up to date throughout. Would definitely consider getting another Mazda in future. Few months in and my car is running amazingly, still feels as luxurious as the day I got it.
