I bought my Range Rover here and I love my car. My frustration is I had a Lexus last from same Park Place as well and the service experience from the two dealerships is vastly different. Lexus IS all about the customer experience and catering to us. Land Rover not so much. Yes they are nice to you but no rush for service and you have to wait and few weeks to get your car in and to get any complimentary car during the repairs AND THEN they just sit on doing any repairs or service to your car because they are backed up. My new car has been in service twice and both time’s I had the rental for extended period of times after having to wait for a bit to even have my car appointment set. They are no Park Place Lexus. Just saying. Lexus spoils the customer.

First they told us they would come pick our Range Rover up from our house when it was due for maintenance. Then AFTER we leased the car, they told us we lived to far away. Now they refuse to do the free wash and detail we were promised because of \covid\. They also told us that in order to turn in our lease when it is done that we are responsible for every scratch, ding, and blemish before they will accept it. Stay away from these lying crooks. We will take our 100k somewhere else

Today Tuesday 2.2.2021 we took our Jaguar in for service. We had the service scheduled over two weeks ago with a loaner car promised. We had an appointment scheduled for 10:00 am this morning. When we arrived to drop the car off the service writer informed me and my wife that they do not have a loaner as promised and they dropped the ball. We asked to speak to a manager and we were informed that they were in a meeting. We went back in a few minutes later and asked to speak to a manager again and was informed that managers normally do not talk to people. I took off work and drove an hour to take care of this service that we scheduled over two weeks ago. We should have been notified prior to our departure for the dealership there was not a loaner car available. I decided to use this dealership based on reviews. I will not return to this dealership ever again.
