Never has a doctor promised more and delivered less than Dr. Landgarten. He blames his staff for his operational mistakes, and admittedly his staff does seem less than organized.

Thank you Dr. Landgarten I met you as a patient at Medical City Hospital last February. You ask how you could help me. I replied, do what no one else has been able to do, lower my blood pressure from stroke level. You smiled said you could do that after reviewing my medical charts. You accomplished that. I will never forget that and you. You are the best, just as the nurses said you are. You saved me from having another stroke. God Bless you!

Update I came to see Dr. Landgarden because of hydronephrosis. He said I had no evidence of kidney stones and needed to drink more fluids. I have been in horrible pain on Thursday of last week my ID doctor says I have hydronephrosis and probably have a kidney stone. I don't have a kidney stone or an infection. So why the hydronephrosis? I drink a ton of water and in pain because I don't drain. Morphine and percocet aren't working and can't sleep. The doctor is nice but I am very upset with the office. I have been really stressed because I cannot drive and my husband has to take me to all my appointments. Currently I have a lot of appointments down at UT Southwestern because I am having a complicated surgery soon. I am also in really bad pain and don't leave the house very often. I called the office and asked if there's anyway they can give me the test results over the phone. I was told to come in to the office because they do not give results over the phone. I asked if they could email me the results through my chart and I was told no. This morning we went to see the doctor and we paid a 40 co-pay. A 40 co-pay to be told just to drink more fluids!!
