I was quickly presented with a plan and fit into the surgery schedule and had a flawless operation despite some unusual/intricate details of my case. Their doctors seem very skilled but the administration is horrible. If you go here prepare for long phone calls getting problems figured out. A simple ear infection took over a month to resolve due to these issues. Prescriptions were handled incorrectly. The billing was mishandled as well. Due to the prescription issues I made extra sure everything was settled before I left the final time. Then they reached out to me 3 months later to tell me I owed them more. Save yourself the headache

Visit with Dr. Pandit was ok but quick. BUT, hope that you never need a copy of your records... Just got off the phone with them. They require up to 14 days to process and charge 25. I was told they could email them to me so a matter of clicking a couple keys on a keyboard to bring up my account (which they had already done) then click a couple times to forward one page was going to cost 25 and take up to 2 weeks to receive it. Wow, the money this place charges then want 25 to send an email of my own records.
