Excellent service and quality , but I don't do online I collect

I placed an order a week ago and I received an email that the products are sold out. Ray the business owner asked me to check his website for substitutes. I wasted my time searching for substitutes and got to know those substitutes are sold out too. I did this 3 times and each time Ray said they are sold out and tried to push his other products which are not good. I had asked him to refund my order, he kept saying he is busy and will get back to me and now he is not avoiding my calls. I am planning to call the bank or settle this legally. I am a reputed eBay seller and buy from wholesalers regularly. I have never had such horrible experience with any wholesalers. Avoid this fraudster.

Had nothing but good experiences with this company, quite astonished by the bad reviews. Always polite, courteous, prompt deliveries, and always endeavours to find a solution when an item isn't in stock.

Terrible company to do business with. Most of the items advertised on their website are out of stock, they insist that you pay before they can deal with your orders, as soon as you make payment that's where you drama and headache starts. They insist on giving you alternative products that you never ordered. They tried to pushed products that I don't want and asked for my money back. I am still waiting for my money back, it's one excuse after another. Since, I made payment through PayPal, I am right now in the middle of opening a dispute in order to get my money back. Be careful with this company. They do not have most of the products listed on their website.

Very unreliable been waiting for my order for over a month if you can find another supplier use them Please ,please dont use this company they sell you on web site stock they do not have and then try swap it with stock they cannot sell . I have reported them to trading standards .
