Bought a fishing rod and reel combo. The next day I took only the reel in a bag to the store for them to put fishing line on the reel because they had no one in that department to help me. They had huge spools of fishing line that made me think that they put the line on reels. Was not so. So, after I spoke with a guy that worked in that department and he told me that the big spools of line were for sale, I grabbed a small spool of line and a few other small things (hooks, swivels, luminous sticks) and headed to the counter to pay. I told the cashier that I bought the combo the day before and she gave me a look as if I were stealing. I went to leave the store and security purposely sounded the theft alarm. He said a pack of swivels made the alarm go off and asked to see my receipt. Out of all this, nothing bothered me more than 1. them not knowing their product. That reel is part of a combo reel and rod. 2. (Surely) They have video in the store that would show if I stole something. 3. Don't bother me with BS that you can investigate in your own time without interrupting a customer that spends money FREQUENTLY in your store!!!! Only reason I go back is because it's close. Two words... View videos!!!
