Great people that want to treat you well and do what's best for your situation and so knowledgeable about their inventory.
Very courteous and professional. I’ve been a car salesman before at a major dealership before. So I understand what dealerships are doing when they are being pushy or the words they use to get you to buy. None of those things do you get at Eckenrod. They are very nice and considerate, and did whatever it took to get us the vehicle we wanted to purchase.
They worked a miracle. My old classmate Phillip Mann and the entire Eckenrod family made our dream come true. I am more than pleased with the whole experience. I will go back for my truck.
