Emma and her team have been absolutely fantastic, highlighting great customer service. We leased out a printer / scanner, and instead of them dropping it off and handing us a manual (as I expected), they dedicated their time and knowledge into setting the printer up for us, and running us through every detail possible - as well as providing us with contact numbers; and assured us that we call them even if we are slightly confused. Would definitely recommend this business to others!

We were interested in obtaining a colour MFD deal for our new business in Margate. Charlie was my first point of contact and offered a great suggestion for our immediate need as well as for future developments. As a consequence we ordered a Brother unit which Emma processed for us and arranged for rapid supply and installation. The installation was carried out very professionally by Sam and we had a fully working system and demo within 30 minutes. A couple of subsequent queries have been dealt with immediately.
